「The stay was great but they didnt have a washer and dryer in the unit as in the others we have stayed at, but they did have a laundry room where it was $1.50 to wash/dry. Also, we had a good sized float for our daughter that we sat outside the door for a little while and it came up missing. When asked about it in the office they said they did not have cameras outside for surveillance which was odd to think there is no security for the stairwells or the walkways for the unit entrys. 「The room is very clean and comfortable. The only reason I give 1 star for the service is I was on the line and after 5 minutes the other lady came to help me without any greetings. No smile it's like they don't want your work. The other lady was so loud it's like the whole Foley can hear her voice. Not all customers are deft. She needs to lower her voice and she needs to talk to the guests nicely. And when they give me the instructions on where my room is I tell them I already know where is and...

「Check in was fast young lady at front desk was very nice.. we requested a room on the first floor and that’s what we got..was very pleased with that l…upon entering the room there was a roach on the floor..overall the room was clean until I went in the bathroom..there hair on the toilet,sink and tub.. always take gloves and my own cleaning supplies..then when I went to wash my face the sink was stopped up so my husband unclogged it with wash clothe…we only had 2 wash cloths..well u get what u...

「Property was lovely. Welcome was great. However we went to a concert and didn’t arrive until late and discovered we had no sheets on the bed. Found a blanket in closet and slept on that. Also breakfast was fine but didn’t get all of it and some came 10 minutes after we had finished. Hope they can solve these problems」
