「This was our first time staying at the BW Premier The Tides and it was a very pleasant experience. 「Amazing experience in every way. If I had to find something to complain about, it would be then someone had parked in our designated spot in the parking garage, but there were other spots, so it was not a big deal. Highly recommend this location for a family trip to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach.」

「Great place to stay. My family and I have stayed here twice and each time, we have a blast. We had an issue with our first room for undisclosed reasons, but the hotel staff and management were quick to help and gave us another room to accomodate for the issue. The private beach is seconds away. It was well taken care of. The pool is amazing and my kids love it. The food there was also good (we had pizza and ice cream lol). One of the best pizza's that we've had. We will be staying here again...
