「Everything was exceptional. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room spacious, clean, quiet. Internet good. Breakfast hot, good selections, and staff at breakfast exceptionally friendly and helpful. Everyone we encountered from check in to check out and even the person working around the hotel that we passed in the hallway went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay.」

「Ok for one night, our room was not clean」

「The bathtub was rusted, room was dusty, parking garage elevator was broken and apparently has been for a long time so you have to walk down the stairs if you need to park on the upper levels. Parts of the hotel did not have ventilation so there was no a/c blowing in the middle of summer .」

「It may have just been my room, but I set the a/c as low as it would go(64) and it never got below 76 on the thermostat. The ceiling fan blew really strong so it was bearable, but I was close to asking for another room. Really no other complaints.」

「Sitting on the front porch and relaxing was a real treat. The breakfast was delicious. The host said it would be better if Expedia provided him with contact information for the guests, so I am passing that along.」

「The gentleman that greeted us was friendly and efficient. The room was very spacious and included a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and kitchenware. We only used the refrigerator, which was clean and working well. The room itself was a little dated and needed some minor maintenance including a loose toilet seat and showerhead replacement. The bathroom is large, but towels are a good 4 feet from the shower with no nearby hooks, which is inconvenient. Breakfast was adequate.」

「It smelled every where in the hotel. Everywhere was clean staff was super friendly and helpful will definitely stay again」

「Had a great experience, the property was nice and quiet. My room was clean and it smelled good. Didn't have a chance to eat the complementary breakfast, I will next time. My only takeaway of the room is the ac and heat thermostat on the wall didn't work, had to control the ac from the unit itself. Overall it was still a nice hotel and I am already looking forward to the next visit.」

「Everything was okay except our blow dryer didn’t work and what sense does it make to open the pool at 10am if checkout if it 11am. That is totally ridiculous and unfair. You should consider all sides and possibly move the swim time up to 8am or 9am.」
