「Good budget place. Perfectly fine for what it claims to be and what it is.」

「great that above of a kmart, woolworths and restaurants. room is 5 star 」

「Besides poor sound insulation,Everything is just great, If you can stand on some noise from next door, Melbourne city Grand Hyatt is never wrong.」

「All good」

「The hotel is conveniently located, with a tram station just right in front of the main entrance. Lots of dining choices within 5 minutes walking distance. The overall maintenance of the premises is good, the high-speed WiFi service is unbeatable. But in sum, a nice stay with friendly front desk and housekeeping staff.」

The basement games area was also poorly maintained. The pool table was missing the black ball, and only one pool cue was usable, the rest were broken. To make matters worse,...

「The location of the hotel was not really that convenient unless you wanted to be in the South Quay area. We arrived after mid night and the area airing the hotel was very quiet and next to a large flyover. The hotel staff were helpful and the breakfast was good. I didn’t particularly like the industrial vibe of the hotel but each to their own!!」
