「Initially, they were helpful when we were stuck at the front door. However, we found the shared bathroom toilet didn’t flush. We informed the staff in the morning and were disappointed that this was not addressed during the day and there was no follow up from them. We do expect a working toilet so weren’t really happy with the condition we ended up with.
