「Location was what we needed.」

「Very far from the station Centrale and not convenient. The place is very strange and no service. The check-in is limited-time , Not a proper place to live. 」

「The room is clean. Stefan is very nice & helpful. Close to train stations, so you can go anywhere !!! Next to hotel there’s a 24-hour deli for breakfast, lunch, dinner, & midnight snack if you like. I will have to go back there and stay again! The only thing is you should put big sign outside says Milano Dreams !」

「Poor customer service Unacceptable part is the absence of hospitality Worst hotels I have ever stayed in Milan Will never visit again」
