「雖然淋浴間比較小，但整體住宿環境完美，不輸星級旅館。雖然我們比較晚check in，半夜遇到問題聯絡管理者，但態度還是非常好👍 早餐很有誠意，雖然因為行程安排我們只住了一晚，但這裡絕對是下次我們會再來訪的地方！」

「La réceptionniste Audrey nous ça a très bien accueilli et a su nous guider pour nos trois jours à Milan. L’hôtel est idéalement situé, au centre de bilan et tout etait à proximité. Je recommande vivement cette hôtel boutique , Il est très propre ils vous mettent à disposition une cafetière et une théière avec thé et café tous les matins. Nous reviendrons rapidement」

「停車的位置裡房間不遠老是電梯很可愛但我們被困在裡面不過30分鐘就被解救出來了房間溫度因為規定不能超過21度有一點冷之前看評論有人很失望來了以後我真的覺得超乎我的預期房間很可愛推薦給想來的人」

「Check in was great with communication from the start as we were arriving after 5.30pm Breakfast was amazing really liked that it came to our room which was a bonus Only issue we had was very squeaky beds every time sone one turned or moved the bed would squeak which wasn’t the greatest when trying to sleep Overall would defo stay again 」

「Very comfortable, the rooms are located nearby a metro station which makes our visit to Milan and nearby cities very convenient. The room is well decorated, the staff there are willing to help and give us many ideas about restaurant or city tour. The housekeeping service is excellent!!! I would definitely recommend serendipity rooms to all of you! For a short trip, business reason, really worth.」
