This location was perfect! About 5 min to walk to the main square. They did have parking at a nearby garage across the street for a daily fee. The staff there wasn’t too pleasant, but we managed. You do have to have multiple different keys to get in the doors to the hotel, so they made us feel very safe. The staff were very friendly as well!

We only stayed overnight to catch a flight but would stay again. It’s only 5ish min from the central train station so very easy to get to. It’s 2 blocks from the Duomo with lots of shopping and restaurants around. The staff were very communicative and helpful. The room was comfortable. I would recommend this as a good place to stay.

Great location near the Duomo in Milan. Convenient to metro and other public transportation. Easy transfer to Milano Centrale station for longer distance trains. Smaller hotel with part time reception but they do a good job of making self check in easy. Only issue during our stay was that even though we were a couple of floors above street level there was still a lot of loud street noises early (5:00) both mornings we stayed there. I understand that some noise can be expected when staying in the city center but it was much louder than what we have experienced while staying in the city center of other cities such as Vienna and Munich.

Super location so close to Duomo. No reception in afternoon and evening so a bit of a scavenger hunt to get in but inn a fun way. Great instructions. Best shower I’ve had. Comfortable bed and pillows too. Book it. You won’t be disappointed. So clean too!

Location is superb and the rooms are excellent. It seems to be an office block that's been converted into a hotel. Access is awkward (finding it, stairs, old and odd lift) but once in it's fine. There's no café, but there are plenty close by.

This place felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel. I stayed in room #3, and it was pretty small, like they converted one apartment into multiple rooms. We arrived on a Saturday and the room was not clean at all, there were hairs all over the bathroom, on the towels, and the shower had a lot of mold. I let them know and they fixed it right away, which I really appreciated, but it still made the whole stay feel a bit uncomfortable because I never fully trusted the cleanliness after that. Check-in was easy enough, but not what I expected since everything is done on your own, while they were always quick to respond by message, it’s not the same as having someone at a front desk. On the positive side, the location is close to the main attractions, and they were very kind in holding our luggage for free until our flight. Overall, it has its pros and cons, but I personally wouldn’t stay here again and just wish more attention was given to cleanliness and amenities.

My God, what a fiasco! Firstly the way to actually find the reception is like something out of Get Smart. But the worst surprise was the mould and bed bugs discovered in addition to the smell inside the rooms. This was reported to the number provided as there is no one physically there before 9am or after 2pm. However, no response until we followed up in the afternoon. We had two rooms, of basically the same quality, dirty showers, bedding, lumpy pillows and old towels that torn when you used them. For the price we paid you would expect a lot better, disappointed is an understatement. We met a Chinese lady who checked in the day before we left and she refused to sleep inside the bed and wore a face mask to bed because of how dirty the room was. Management eventually contacted us, apologised and cleaned the room and brought new bedding, but it’s not good enough that this was the state that they expected paying guests to stay in.
