This hotel is super clean and very spacious. The interior is updated, bed comfortable, walk in shower that had great water pressure. The front desk staff is very friendly and accommodating It is easy walking to the shopping district and the Duomo. While there were not a lot of restaurants in the immediate vicinity, there were a lot within a 10 minute walk

This was a simple stopover on a long drive into Italy. Once we got to the hotel, it was perfect. Comfortable, clean, and quiet. We easily walked to the Duomo. The receptionist recommended a good restaurant. Would happily stay again.

Room refrigerator wasn't turned on until the second day after housekeeping. The AC did not work, the room was hot and only cooled with the windows open. This was fine until the 5am street cleaning. Other than that the staff are wonderful and the heated towel rack was a pleasant surprise. Very nice place to stay.

Great helpful staff. Excellent location within walking distance of top sites. Expected a little more, was modern but not very comfortable. Bathroom is quite small. No lamps on night tables, so no light or all lights. Some small stains on walls that should be cleaned/ painted. Very noisy with adjacent room dog barking forever, street noise and just noise in general.
