Room refrigerator wasn't turned on until the second day after housekeeping. The AC did not work, the room was hot and only cooled with the windows open. This was fine until the 5am street cleaning. Other than that the staff are wonderful and the heated towel rack was a pleasant surprise. Very nice place to stay.

We loved the hotel, it was beautiful and the service was amazing. Front desk staff was so helpful and friendly. We would definately stay here again when in Milan. Great location and room was very spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was big and loved the big shower.

Right in the center of Milano in a perfect walkable area this boutique property offers very spacious, comfortable suites. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and being in the center of the city definitely makes up for the lack of room service. This has been my fave place to stay in Milano for years now and I’ ve never had a bad experience.
