「What kitchen?? amenities, small tube of shampoo and towels no hand soap the room could use a deep clean but there were no bugs」

The next morning desperately needing coffee. After a night of little sleep we found the coffee maker did not work. Not a good stay」

「There was a virtual check in machine that was a terrible experience. I couldn’t hear what the screen was saying, the volume was too low and the person (?) on the screen could not make the volume louder. The lobby door was locked so I couldn’t access an actual live person. When a human came to assist the experience improved exponentially! The person was kind, friendly and helpful.」

「The hotel was wonderful. This brand-new resort offers excellent amenities, including mini golf, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a hot tub, and a beautiful luxury bar and restaurant. It is conveniently located just a short distance from downtown Skaneateles. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The entire property was well maintained and beautifully designed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended!」
