「It’s in a nice beachfront location. The back is not a good view. One of the owners was very rude. We barely had any sleep because of the noise.」

They said that they would have coffee by the reception in the morning, which they didn't have. They dont offer neither shampoo nor conditioner nor shower soap. No hand or face towels. Just one single bath towel. Not worth it at all. Pretty crappy.」

I’ll spare the details, but to say when we showed up with two reservations they couldn’t find either. They eventually got us our rooms but then asked if we were staying one night. No, 4. The next day they asked one of us to voluntarily downgrade from a two bedroom suite to a 1 bedroom with no compensation because they double booked. We said no. We were told now they’re in trouble with...
