「El mejor lugar」

「Currently under renovation, our room was renovated and nicely furnished and clean. We did have to move to a new room due to bathroom floor collecting water, not installed properly so water from shower was getting under the floor so when stepped on water came up. The staff easily moved us to another room. The areas that are renovated are very nice. Restaurant was nice and the food was decent.」

「I arrived on a late flight and the host was communicative on arrival. Less than 10 minutes to the airport. I had an overnight layover and needed somewhere close. The space is clean, spacious, has all needed amenities, hot water and a very comfortable bed.」

「I don’t have much to say about the hotel because we stayed here after a late (past midnight) flight and left again quite early in the morning. So we didn’t use any of the amenities like the pool or gym . Our room was comfortable and clean and staff was very friendly.」

「The entrance was beautiful, and the hotel itself was lovely too. We received a warm welcome, and check-in was quick and easy. The room was fantastic—everything was spotless, everything worked perfectly, and it far exceeded our expectations. We also dined there, and the meal was exceptional. They even put on a cartoon for my daughter; they really went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay for their guests. 「The air conditioner of room 240 was not working properly. In The snacks restaurant. my family and other we have to wait in line 30 minutes or more. Other costumers told us the Thai is not the first time they have to wait more than 30 minutes. For the food to be restock. is unacceptable.」
