「Hotel was nice. The room we stayed was spacious and clean but need renovation. The breakfast was a bit too simple. Would be better if the staff could be more friendly.」

「Water pressure great in shower. Hot water was nicely hot. Exhaust fan worked great - no foggy BR mirror. AC worked great. Room darkening shades did their job. Nice size room fridge. HDTV crisp. Mattress comfy though I prefer slightly firmer. Check in and check out seamless. Overall exceeded expectations. Highly recommend.」

「We reserved a room with a queen size bed, but that room required repairs, so we were given a room with a king size bed. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. We did not participate in the complimentary breakfast due to our schedule. We will definitely stay again if we are in the Littleton area.」

「We had a wonderful stay at Nootka Lodge! We went to a concert at Lake Morey and stayed about 25 minutes away at Nootka Lodge. The next day we took a 40 min drive through the National Forest and visited the Flume Gorge. Fantastic stay. Room suited our needs and everything was very clean. Thank you!! 」

「I love this place. Will 100% stay there again!」

「Check in was easy, front desk was terrific explaining everything the Inn offered with our stay. We had the Perennial cottage which was terrific and offered some privacy. Restaurant was great, service was wonderful and the food at both dinner and breakfasts was excellent. Highly recommend this Inn to stay, nice quiet property in Franconia. Pool was a nice plus as well.」

「Was on our bucket list and glad we finally made the reservation. Loved this B&B for a romantic getaway. Well maintained property with historic appeal. Welcoming staff on arrival - felt personal and inviting. The Hampshire room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Old English vibe. Dinner and the complimentary breakfast were delicious. Enjoyed walking around the property and playing some of the outdoor games. Definitely will be back.」
