「Hotel was clean, hot tub was amazing while it snowed, comfortable all around. Bed was phenomenal. Couldn’t wake up. Floors were not sound proof. Someone complained about someone walking around. Views were spectacular. Would definitely stay here again. A big plus was the breakfast and coffee in the morning. 」

The only thing I would complain about was that it’s sits on a busier street. Not crazy busy, but if you don’t like the sounds of cars driving by, it can be annoying. 「The room I was given was horrible, I made sure I booked a room with two beds and I was given one bed. I didn’t get an explanation as to why. The room had terrible cracks on the sink, bathroom door was dirty, it smelled like smoke and it gave me an instant headache. I was moved to another room that was not better but had no choice as my daughter had a swim competition. The sheets on the bed were not clean and we were very itchy and couldn’t sleep comfortably. 「Our first room clearly wasn't cleaned before we arrived. The mini fridge still had spilled corn inside when we checked in, and there were multiple items/ trash left behind from the previous guests. During our second night at the hotel, the roof leaked on me to the point where my bed and the surrounding floor were soaked. Luckily, the hotel staff moved us to another room.
