「櫃檯人員非常親切，房間很舒適乾淨」

「I left my favorite blanket there by accident. I called and they mailed it to me very quickly! Also, the breakfast was delicious! We definitely will be going back but next time I want to be sure and get a room with a fireplace!」

「Good stay」

「Hotel was nice. The room we stayed was spacious and clean but need renovation. The breakfast was a bit too simple. Would be better if the staff could be more friendly.」

「飯店人員的服務態度良好，雖然位於郊區，但就在白山國家森林公園旁，距離美國東岸最高峰華盛頓登山鐵路及汽車登山口均不遠，是遊覽這兩個自然景觀的好住宿地點。」

「We stayed one night in late October and were disappointed from the moment we arrived. What went wrong: No proper heating. It was 39°F outside. We got one old oil heater that took forever to warm the room, and the hotel had no second heater to lend us. Not clean. The lampshade was full of dead bugs (photo attached). Run-down room. 「Good」

「Interesting place, the staff were great and so was breakfast , the room we stayed in was a little tired , I appreciate its an old building but especially the bathroom sink in our room , which needs replacing or re-enamelling , it looked dirty even though it wasn't. We only styed the one night , there was a good brew pub at the bottom of the road on the whole a good stay」

「Too much acarid Makes me itch 」

「从来没住过这么差的酒店！一晚上都没敢脱衣服，枕头也不敢枕！因为太脏！何况还是在美国！价格倒是不必任何一家舒适干净的酒店便宜！建议智游天下网可以把这个酒店删除了！」

「The property needs work! Although the view was beautiful, main reason we booked there, don’t lean on the deck railing you may go over. Part of the floor had plywood, flys and bees in the bathroom, and the whole place just seemed creepy. Would have like to play pool and darts but pools ticks had no ends, felt, or rubber and the dart were trash. Properly could be really nice if updated and grounds were maintained.」

「We love this hotel 」

「Very cozy and warm」

「Very nice historical kind of feel type place. We enjoyed it.」

「Hotel property was a bit run down (served as a homeless hotel before) but the owner is making a good effort to make changes. These are not all the way, so the hotel was a bit under my standards (older furniture and carpets). In all, the services did work (good towels, shower, tv ...) Advice for improvements: -They need to provide a better breakfast (it was too limited and basic) -They need to improve communications (2 of my messages went unanswered) For customers to comeback, friendly,...
