Clean room: Poor! It was very disappointing to find old dried up orange peels under our bed. Amenities: Poor! A beautiful dry sauna is advertised, the sauna was not operational. one heater works, no lighting on the inside...and the smell could send you straight to the toilet. Overall, ok but would never go back or recommend!

This property is tucked back off the main road in a nice location close to local restaurants and local businesses. In the heart of the white mountains and close to area ski resorts. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lobby is big and bright and inviting. The amenities were fantastic, including a beautiful pool, a game room, and a free breakfast. Our room was very awkward. There was no carpet or area rug. Since it is winter, we tracked snow and water and mud and then had to wear shoes in the room so not to get dirty. The room was extremely large but mostly empty. Aside from the bed and one small chair at the desk, there was nowhere to sit. There was a mini kitchen, but nowhere to enjoy a meal. Lots of wasted space, and awkward having to sit on the bed.

Staff was very courteous asked for an early check in so that we could attend a wedding in the area and was granted very easily. Hotel was clean overall beds very comfortable the floors are very creaky however so if you are a light sleeper request an upper floor.

Pros: The staff was great - everyone i interacted with was uncommonly pleasant. The exercise room was one of the best I’ve seen at a hotel of this price range. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. Continental breakfast had a satisfying variety. Cons: Not much parking. Water pressure in our room was very low in the shower. The tv signal and whatever streaming package there was a serious throwback to the early 90s. Although I was told other rooms had Roku TVs which would have been better. While I like the idea of having a room with no carpet I think the application of just LVP flooring with no carpet or rugs was slightly off putting since the parking lot was sandy and salty which invariably found its way into the rooms.

Room was desperately neglected. All floorboards were detached from the walls. It almost looked as though there was water damage and it wasn’t fixed? Not sure but not okay for a mom and child to stay in. They also locked us out of our room day 2 and forgot we booked a second night. That wasn’t fun. Our dog was inside. Floors weren’t cleaned from the snow and salt which then came in to the room. Kind of gross!

The staff was great and super accommodating, but I would say that you could tell the hotel was decently, renovated like knobs on like the appliances and dressers were like misaligned and the wallpaper you could see like creasing off the walls or misaligned as well looking out super flush the walls. The pool was great, but knowing that the steam room is broken was kind of gross. Honestly, overall the noisy families and barking dogs was like the biggest downfall of staying here. I would never stay here again, but it was a decent stay.

Room was clean staff friendly and helpful. I’d come back and even choose to stay here over going to the better known hotels like Hilton or holiday inn. It was very affordable for a last minute trip and appreciated that the had a pool sauna & arcade for the kids. Only thing I didn’t like was being in an adjoining room. The people next door opened theirs the same time I was trying to make sure ours was secure.

I called this hotel in advance of making my reservation because they allow dogs. I was informed by phone that they do thorough cleaning. At checkout, I inquired again about the thoroughness of cleaning and I was informed. Yes rooms are thoroughly cleaned. We went to our room and unpacked and went to use the bathroom. The toilet appear to have not been cleaned in a very long time. It had pee stains on top and under the lid and on the floor it was absolutely very disgusting. I went to the front desk to bring this thorough cleaning list that they lacked to their attention. The front desk receptionist put on gloves and cleaned. We then felt that the floor had salt or sand granular pieces in walking around and sure enough the floor had not been swept or mopped. It was very obvious that the floor needed attention as well. Very disappointing!
