The hotel is in an excellent area and was very clean. Staff was great. The only issue was the snow removal around the outside of the hotel. Water pressure for the shower was a bit weak. The room was great and comfortable.

This obviously very new hotel is very spacious, sleek and slender furnished and decorated, yet very cozy. Same are the rooms. All very clean, great amenities , free bottled water, biscuits, apples, earplugs (!) and sleeping masks (!) in a pantry corner near the elevators on every floor. I would have loved to spend an evening in the cozy seating arrangements by the open fire place in the lobby with a drink from the lobby bar.

This hotel is perfection- feels like a luxury getaway right in walking distance from Dartmouth and shops and restaurants. Best hotel we stayed at during a long college tour trip! We will definitely stay here again if back in the area.

Wonderful place. Comfortable beds, nice restaurant in the hotel, and lots of little touches that made it rise above the norm. We’ve been in a lot of hotels on our college tours and our family agreed this was our favorite.

Cute boutique style hotel right by Dartmouth and all its shops . Beware they used inexpensive shower inserts for bathroom and they are extremely slick ; dangerous. Shower at your own risk basically . Otherwise I love this hotel .

Lovely hotel. Breakfast service was nice but preparation was a bit weird! Next time will have the presence of mind to step outside to one of the great cafes and bakeries nearby
