「The Jackson was a great place to stay when visiting the Woodstock area. The room and spa tub were clean and quiet. Stacy (innkeeper) was lovely and responded in a timely manner to texts. Yes, things are done by text and you get a code to your room but she was around and still provided wine/cheese in the early evening. Breakfast was awesome! Going back for sure.」

「The staff was extremely accommodating. We had an error on our part with the room we booked, and they went above and beyond to help us come up with a solution. They were welcoming and helpful from even before the start all the way to the finish of our stay. The front desk staff was 10/10. Our room was clean and ready as soon as we arrived and we had a wonderful stay. 」

「This was a great hotel. I went for a three day weekend. It doesn't have a pool or a gym but other than that, it was a superb place to stay. The rooms were clean with kitchenettes (but no items to cook with so bring your own.) They are pet friendly and have a dog walk around the property. They offer coffee and tea throughout the day which was so nice after a day of being out in the cold. The staff was very friendly. I would highly recommend this place and I plan on staying here again. 」
