Nice view from balcony. Breakfast coffee was watery. Lots of neighbor noise. Bed was ok, and room had fridge, microwave, and extra sink so well equipped. Friendly staff and near Rail trail.

Outside of the building is dirty. The room was clean and parts of it had been updated. The wallpaper in places was peeling and the baseboards and door were beat up pretty bad and contributed to a poor impression. I don’t want to be to hard on the place as you can tell they are working on the property.

Easy check in and accommodating staff. I could park right at my door. Room was basic but clean and the bed comfy. Fairbanks Inn was perfect for a stopover night after a long day of driving.
