「Everything about this hotel is amazing— the service was attentive and effective and the accommodations are so beautiful. The private pool provided such a lovely way to unwind and spend time outside. The location is a little isolated, but they have a shuttle they generously allow patrons to use, which helps! The restaurant is the best food I’ve ever had, highly recommend!」

「飯店沒有電梯,不易搬運行李,游泳池好像沒有清潔很髒」

「The furniture are old. There were wood lices found. No hook in the bathroom. No USB port installed. The toothbrushes were broken. The breakast restaurant was chaotic and messy. Food was not refilled fast enough. Not enough escalators, waiting time for escalator was long. 」

「1.房間乾淨、物品應有盡有，僅吹風機風力較小，床的品質佳，很有睡，而樓房間、一樓開放式客廳，有度假風。 2.訂房贈送迎賓飲料(AM11-PM11)、下午茶(3PM-4PM)和編織提袋，因特價時訂房，二晚不到台幣一千元，物超所值。 3.飯店和沙灘相連，飯店內有三座開放式泳池及兒童成人運動場所，推薦全家一起來度假。 4.飯店位於自行車道旁，適合騎單車，相當舒適，另鄰近當地市集、餐廳、按摩院和藝文等。這裡是我在峇里島六天當中覺得最適合度假與休閒，又能觀察當地生活的地方。 5.客服人員態度好，能夠協助房客要求，相當感謝客服人員提供的服務與態度。」

「原本以為它就在海邊，結果沒有想像的近，枕頭及房間內的沙發抱枕，發出溼溼的霉味，雖然有請人來換掉一個枕頭，但還是有味道，室內地板也沒有很乾淨，但服務人員很好，還有送機服務」

「Wir haben eine Nacht hier verbracht, weil wir am nächsten Tag mit der Fähre weiter gefahren sind. Die Lage war dafür top, weil man nur 3 Minuten bis zum Hafen von Sanur läuft. Sehr nettes Personal, das für uns sogar auf Wunsch ein Glutenfreies Frühstück (Nasi Goreng und frisches Obst) vorbereitet hat. 」

「We spent 4 nights in this hotel. The staffs are helpful and friendly. The room is clean and beautiful. The food in Tree Bar is very tasty and with live music in certain time. The pools are clean. Spa facility is very good. We had 2 spa 2 days in a roll. In general, I enjoyed this trip very much!」
