「The room was just average and not very clean, and it was not worth $40. The manager and staff were very irresponsible. Most staff didn't speak in English. The breakfast serving was very slow. I gave them my laundry, and 2 days later, they almost lost my laundry. After a long while (it wasted lots of time), they found my laundry, but it didn't be washed. The manager just hid behind the door and left other staffs who couldn't speak in English to talk to us. They didn't even say sorry about it....

「This place is great. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The view from the 3rd floor terrace is unbelievable. Inca ruins in every direction. 4 minute walk to the plaza and action. The hotel however is quiet. No cars anywhere. History with every step. Loved it and am coming back soon.」

The staff went above and beyond, Lucia the concierge made sure we were taken care of, she went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The servers at breakfast and dinner were so kind and offer us off menu items and never stopped asking if we needed anything else. The location of the hotel is perfect to enjoy beautiful landscapes and a peaceful atmosphere. The spa is amazing!!...
