The hotel is in a good location, in a quiet residential area, but still 10 minutes walk to the centre, and about 15-20 minutes walk to the train station. It is surrounded by beautiful mountains.

Alex saves the day! We had transfer arranged prior to arrival with another operator, but it was cancelled a day before. Alex managed to help us secure a transfer despite short notice. He also kindly helped kept our luggage when we head to Machu Picchu. The accommodation itself is charming, and the breakfast spread was pretty good.

Staff went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. Wara is really helpful. They even made scrambled egg at my request. They had a go to breakfast for me ready when I checked out at 6 am. When I was leaving hotel at 6 am I had my suitcase with wheels which I was rolling. Staff came to lift and carry it as they don’t want other guests disturbed. It shows how much effort they put into making the stay comfortable. Very happy to stay here.
