Awesome location right in the Plaza de Armas. Staff were friendly and helpful. We couldn’t figure how to turn on the heat and they came right up to demonstrate how to use it. Provided a breakfast to go when we had an early morning tour. Soap was hand crafted. Conveniently located near Starbucks.

Great location and nice room. Amazing staff!!! Fantastic breakfast. Watch out for noise - plaza noice echos towards room and ear plugs are needed if festival are going om...otherwise is nice and quiet

This hotel made my stay unforgettable in Cusco! What a good location, stunning architecture that I enjoyed every day. My room was cleaned and organized daily, the staff was so attentive, particularly the one in the lobby, made me feel like my house. Thank you Hotel Katari, for sure I am going to recommend you to all my friends!

Right in the middle of Cusco main square with Starbucks next to it Rooms were small but u don’t intend to spend much time in the rooms anyways . If u want to stay in the middle of everything then would definetly recommend . Good breakfast . Front staff, Ervin checked us in on the 20th of May and prepared our room 3 hours before check in time. Very nice and curtious of him .

Great location that is walkable to many sites of interest, tons of restaurants, and markets. Walk to the bus terminal and see beautiful murals as well as historic cathedrals. Directly beside the only Starbucks we saw on our trip! Lovely staff, very accommodating. Great breakfast in the morning. Great price for the location.

Hotel Katari was a fantastic stay—beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located right near Plaza de Armas. The staff was welcoming, the views were stunning, and everything about the experience felt special. Highly recommended!

O ponto mais forte deste hotel foi a localização porém o atendimento dos funcionários deixa a desejar. Pedi um táxi para o aeroporto às 5:15 da manhã explicando que deveria ser um carro grande pelas malas e na manhã não havia sido pedido e tive que chamar um Uber. O funcionário da recepção da noite era muito desatento.

Poor description and quality

I feel a little mislead by the other reviews. We stayed there while in Cusco for 3 days. Our room was damp constantly everything that you touched was wet. Also there was a loud banging from what we can assume to be repairs for 5 hrs straight at one point. Louder than tv and more annoying. The rooms had no sound I solution so you heard everything that people said or did. Overall it was not great! Felt mislead by others reviews. We clearly had a very different experience than others.

Great accomodation however you can here the church bells early, so if not an early riser you will hear them. Staff was very helpful and amazing.
