This property is tucked away in the cobblestone streets an easy 5 minute walk to the plaza. The two twin room was nice and there was hot-ish water and a hair dryer. The patio had the most wonderful view. We didn’t get to eat breakfast since we had an early tour. I appreciated that they had both purified and boiled water and a lot of it for guests so we could fill our water bottles before our trek. The only thing was our 3rd floor room, although quiet, was quite cold. Colder than the temperature outside! We weren’t offered a heater but didn’t ask for one either. All in all I would stay here again

They were so kind. We had to catch a 5Am bus so we were going to miss our breakfast. So they packed a breakfast for us and handed it to us at 4am as we were leaving. Amazing hospitality!!!

Very good hotel, but we had to carry our suitcases upstairs. Staff was very friendly and always willing to help us. The terrace with beautiful views. Highly recommended!

The staff were very friendly, they provided a sack lunch for my day trip to Machu Picchu, and the breakfast had great options (and coca leaves for my water bottle, for the remainder of my trip). Loved seeing the stars, moon, and mountains from the rooftop terrace at night, with the low light pollution.

Great hotel. The area is quiet. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with everything from booking taxis to questions about the area to quickly getting in touch about items we left behind! Breakfast was great. The view from the top deck is amazing. Would highly recommend.

Excelente opção em Ollantaytambo

Uma grata surpresa a estadia nesse hotel, bem como, Ollantaytambo. Fomos muito bem recepcionados, pessoal educado e prestativo. O quarto tinha um ótimo tamanho e a cama era muito confortável. A ducha foi excelente. O café da manhã também foi fantástico. Recomendo muito a estadia nesse local.

Good place to stay except…

The facility itself is good. The view on its roof top porch is breath taking. It would have been a perfect stay except there is a chicken coop next to the building. Roosters were noisy. Bring ear plugs if you want to stay here and enjoy the fantastic view.

Unique area, very well-situated. Quaint accommodations. Breakfast was simple but well-balanced. Rooms were humid. Water was warm but not hot for taking showers. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Amazing Care and location

Excellent hotel between Cusco and Machu Picchu with plenty to see in and around Ollantaytambo. The staff was amazing and very friendly, always accommodating. We left early in the morning and they even offered to prepare us a breakfast “lunch box” for our trip during the day, this was very appreciated by my friends and me. Carlos who drove us from the Cusco airport to the hotel is also a tour guide with plenty of knowledge about the history of the region. We booked 3 day trips with him and each of them were very interesting. A truly unforgettable experience!!

This was such a cute and charming hotel. We stayed 2 nights and would absolutely stay there again. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was made fresh each morning. The view of the mountains and the old fortress from the 3rd floor terrace were stunning. My only complaints were all the stairs (but that’s just me) and there were no outlets in the room. We had to unplug the TV to charge our phones. Otherwise it’s a very safe and quiet place to stay. You can walk to the main square and there are lots of nice restaurants nearby. Don’t hesitate to pick this hotel.
