"We need sleeping machine so one of the beside table had no power outlet! It was behind the bed and inaccessible. We had to call maintenance and he came with an extension chord so I could plug my sleeping machine! Although the machine should be plugged into wall outlet directly not thro extension chord! But the front desk person took care of the problem promptly"

"My family and i enjoyed the stay. This was a last minute idea to stay in a hotel due to the snow storm, I work nearby and didnt want to travel far. So I packed up the family and came for a stay. We decided to stay an extra day! Kenjuana was excellent with helping me get situated!"

"Quick overnight stay for business. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Hotel is a little dated, but in a comfortable home-feeling type of way. The breakfast was super busy with a huge group of ice-skaters, glad we got there JUST before they did!! A little heads up from staff would have prevented any surprises though. Did stop to see the pool, a very neat area, would be fun to hang with the kiddos there!! Would certainly stay again :)"
