This hotel is a lovely transition from its former use, and it will only get better as it fleshes out the updates. While some very minor items are in transition, such as the room number plaques, the rooms are very clean and the beds and linens are superb. It has every amenity and is very well appointed.

Staff was friendly but the overall property was really run down. I asked for 3 keycards but they said they could only allow 1. Carpets in the halls were stained really bad. Room numbers were written with a marker on the wall. No blackout curtains and our flimsy shades were broken and missing parts so you could see into the room. Pool was closed. Blood stains and the sheets. Fitness equipment was inoperable. Computers and printer in business center did not work. Cable stopped working. Sink was clogged. Was told to park in back to be closer to my room but then there was a sign stating the door would be locked after 8pm. This was at 10pm. Breakfast was limited and seating was limited. Overall I think you get the picture. Although the hotel served it purpose it did not seem it is cared for and could use some TLC. Amenities did not live up to advertised. Not a great experience.

Swimming pool is out of order without telling us when booking. Very noisy in the ground floor. TV - no cable. Very frustrated

The room I stayed was like a refrigerator when I walked in. Apparently you can not regulate the temperature in your room. I even tried shutting the thermostat off and it just kept running. Also, the pool was closed for some reason.

I reserved a room with two beds, which was clearly stated in my Expedia reservation. However, upon arrival, the hotel only provided a room with one bed for three people. The staff was neither apologetic nor sympathetic, and they made no effort to find a solution. Their rudeness left a very negative impression. I would never stay here again and strongly recommend avoiding this property.

Our room was ok but the halls were very dirty. Also, we put out the sign to clean our room, but it was never cleaned so that was disappointing especially since we stayed 4 nights. The parking lot had huge pot holes.

Courteous staff, very clean and well-appointed room with coffee maker, refrigerator, and plenty of towels, pet-friendly, and very comfortable beds. It’s in a convenient area with plentiful parking and close to dining, shopping, and downtown Ann Arbor.

Location good. Lots of parking and local amenities. Quiet. Quick check-in. Very good breakfast. Need to make sure you have caffeinated coffee - next time. Snack bars on counter were good!

Arrived on Saturday afternoon instead of Friday night due to traffic. Rooms looked nice. I noticed all thestaff nameplates were paper stickers, as were room numbers. When I went to take shower I found the body wash and shampoo were empty. We checked with desk and they were out of the body wash. Monday no bacon, Tuesday no reguar coffee.
