"10/10 recommend: large, immaculate room with nice bathroom. Excellent breakfast buffet (western & Japanese options). Hotel in quieter part of Shinjuku across from Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building & Chuo Park. Hotel is on top of two subway lines…very convenient for getting around. "

"The laundry was very nice to have. We enjoyed both breakfast locations and the food selection was very good! The breakfast team replenished the food very quickly and sat people efficiently. The rooms were nice. They were not large, but there was enough room to be comfortable. The hotel was very convenient to the train station. You can access the hotel without having to leave the station via floor B1 at the hotel and toward the Keio Annex Mall in the station. Would definitely stay again."

"Great location. Clean and comfy rooms. Lovely staff and an all round good atmosphere. It’s a perfect base in Tokyo and somewhere you’ll want to linger for a bagel in the morning and a lemon sour in the bar at night. "

"Outstanding property. Location is great in shinjuku- slightly away from the bustle and crowd of shinjuku. Walkable to everything shinjuku/harajuku/shibuya. 7eleven in basement, line of restaurants 3min walking distance, daisy bakery right next door (excellent for coffee breakfast). Rooms are smallish (normal for japan) and good quality. Highly recommend. "

"Pretty spacious room compared to other places we looked at. Love that it had a washer/dryer (It was pretty small but I am not sure if I'm just used to America's washers). The staff was super friendly and the room was clean! Only complaint I had was that I removed the pillow case to adjust it and the pillow underneath was a jump scare, super stained. Still would rate it overalls 5 stars since that was my only qualm. "

"The room we booked had mystery stains all over the walls and curtains. Smelled horribly of mildew and the AC vent was so dusty. Room size and bed were on the smaller size even for Tokyo. The only redeeming quality was how close it was to the station. "
