The staff were very kind and welcoming. The room was nice. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable. There was black mold on the shower walls. There was also random hairs stuck to the shower walls and the shower drain did not drain quickly. Only stayed for one night, so it was fine.

Decent Hotel near Suginami City Hall

Great stay overall. Mostly Japanese business people, so the breakfast situation was very calm and quiet. Two negative things: I can still smell the smoke even though I was in a non-smoking room. There was a gap at the bottom of the room entry, and I fell, so please be careful. There was a small warning sign and a note when checking in but I forgot about it. Other than that, I like the location, price, breakfast service, , other services, and people.

We really enjoyed staying here and we would book here again. Convenient to the Metro line, nearby convenience shops as well as onsite the hotel and a walkable distance to a 7/11. Breakfast was lovely suited to our taste as there were some japanese dishes that we've not tried. A good variety each day as we stayed there for 4 nights. The staff were friendly at reception as well as during breakfast times. The room was small but we expected that from the standard japanese rooms. So we were ok with the space we had. If you just want a hotel away from the city centre of Tokyo then going here would be a lovely stopover for a few nights.

Greatest budget option

I had a three weeks vacation in Tokyo and needed a hotel that could provide a nice room with Wifi and TV. I didn't need anything fancy, so this hotel was suiting everything I needed plus a little bit more. The staff is nice and helpful. As I'm fluent in Japanese, I haven't tested their English, but I think they are able to communicate well. The breakfast menu was great, they have a variety of Japanese and Western options which you can choose from at the buffet. They could improve on vegetarian and vegan options tho. Their eco-cleaning option will compensate you with getting free drinks for the number of times they don't do an throuought cleaning in your room. I think that this is especially great if you are at the hotel only to sleep and eventually a few hours in the evening and morning. They can keep your luggage before checkinn and after checkinn in case you want to drop them off.

Pillow case,bed sheets and comforter sheets are reused ones and not the new for the guest. When I made reservation, this re-used sheets issue was not informed. If informed, I could ask Hotel to change them by the new ones. Breakfast foods were cold which should be warm when served. this is rather minor issue though. Other than these two issues, hotel is Good to stay!!
