Checkout was easy and simple no trouble at all. We experienced an earthquake during our stay but the staff was very professional about helping."

The Japanese toilets were life changing! They are heated and have controls that help wash you. Tip: start with the lowest water pressure and work your way up. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. The location is perfect, with lots of bars, restaurants, and shops in the area. Definitely coming back again."

"Booked here twice now, and each times have been a pleasurable experience. Breakfast is always amazing with high quality food and theres a seven eleven that connects with the building on the basement floor that is perfect for late night snacks or food. The hotel is nearby a bus to and from the airport, and is 2 streets away from a train station. The rooms are amazing and great for staying. The bathrooms are exceptional. There are so many amazing parts of the bathroom like the amount of space, a shower room with a rooftop shower and a bath that has to be used if you stay here. The staff here are also very kind and was welcoming to my family."
