"Very close to the bay and within walking distance in the down town area. Easy to check in. Clean rooms and quite, the only thing is the room suite had a balcony with a welded door and I wish I could of open it to access the balcony "

"Have stayed here twice over course of 2 yrs. Location is great but our room was a bit dated on 2nd stay with zero kitchen items outside of appliances and cabinets. Was advised of this at check in and was told I would be credited when we checked out and this has not occured. Someone a couple doors down had barking dogs on both nights we stayed there which was disruptive. Overall nice place but don’t trust what anyone says now a days. I shouldn’t have left until the credit was completed as I am worried it won’t occur now. Also booked at hotels.com but receipt provided from hotel itself was less so shop around so you don’t get ripped off. "

"Great location for us, we had tickets for a concert at the Hilliard Center and it was right down the street. Hotel was clean and quiet! Bed was so comfortable!! "

"This hotel is HORRIBLE!! Save your money and stay somewhere else. To start, it took over 20 minutes to check-in because there was ONE guy working the desk and he had absolutely no pep in his step. He talked to one lady for 10 minutes AFTER she was checked in and ready to leave because they started talking about insurance (unrelated to visit), a vacation he had coming up, and then about something he pulled up on his phone. When we did check in our $335 room we reserved on Expedia turned into a $494.91 charge for 2 days. You have to pay $36 per vehicle per day for the parking garage. Plus a $75 security deposit when there’s nothing about either of these charges when you initially reserve the room but you can’t cancel the room without paying the price you reserved. Then after paying that much and waiting for ages for the worlds slowest elevator (where only 2 out of 3 elevators even work) we walked into a dirty room. Food and crumbs all over the floor and a filthy shower with hair all over the shower walls. Plus housekeeping knocking on our door at 8am Saturday morning despite our do not disturb sign being on the door. "

Air conditioning is fantastic. I love the Contemporary Room. The name speaks volumes. I will definitely be back again. Thank you so much for your hospitality and the snow cones. "
