"Wonderful experience at this hotel. Best hotel out of five different 5-star hotels during our groups two and half week Japan trip. The only opportunity for the hotel would be having more washer/dryers or having the option for laundry service. It was difficult competing with other guests for the few washers available. We ended up utilizing a nearby laundromat that was easy enough and didn’t hurt the experience. The breakfast was excellent and the rooms were spacious and unique yet affordable and nearby great shopping, food and POIs. I will most likely rebook with Solaria Nishitetsu on any upcoming trip to Kyoto in the future. "
