「Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, fresh fruit, cereals, and a hot cooked breakfast. The only negative, we had to pay for parking, we booked on Expedia and it was advertised as parking available, no mention of having to pay. We will use this hotel again but will book directly through the hotel website. ( cheaper too )」

「Room 1 is extremely small, but was spotless and the bed extremely comfortable. There were too few staff. Service at dinner and the bar was very slow. Dinner wasn't as hot as it should have been. There was too much food on a small plate, I had to hunt under the chicken for my vegetables! Overall, it's quite expensive for food that although was delicious it wasn't hot and not served in a timely manner.」

「酒店洗手間去水有問題，沒有浴缸，沖涼位置，沒有圍邊邊，沖涼後大量積水在地板，妨礙客人再進入用洗手間及洗面盆，必須要改善。 本人已是住過四次，這個情況都沒有改善，因為地點太方便，才會再住。」

「酒店太殘舊，浴室花灑舊式、制式不易扭動，電視天線最容易鬆脫，房間窗戶太殘舊，窗簾布感覺污糟，電掣插蘇位置不方便，沒有USB插頭位，沒有提供浴室沖涼及洗髮路。將不會再選擇入住。」

「Great bones, frustrating execution The decor, location and staff at Mollie's were genuinely excellent — the staff in particular were helpful whenever I could actually reach them. Unfortunately, the tech let the whole experience down. The WiFi wasn't working, which meant the TV didn't work either. The Bluetooth-controlled lighting was vague and unintuitive to operate. But the biggest issue was being forced to download an app just to contact room service or the front desk — there was no option...

The served hot breakfast is fantastic and freshly cooked as opposed to a buffet style. The hotel has a warm and friendly feel and we highly recommend it. 「Not the hotel but a party came back from Manchester at 1.00am and kept us up all night and we checked out at 4.30am and no offer of changing rooms or anything but sorry.」
