「The property is going through some remodeling but even through that, it was clean and comfortable. Our room had been updated and was comfortable and clean. The owners are extremely helpful while also allowing us our privacy. Definitely will stay at whenever we are in Lake City!」

「 Everything was great. There 2 super minor things to critique. We ran out of hot water when showering with that many guys to shower after long day out hunting (we just staggered our showers over longer time frame for the second day) and there was loose step stone on the steps. But like I said great place, all of the guys look forward to renting this place for next year too! Thanks for letting us stay!」

「We checked in and when we got to the room, we were going to put soda and snacks in mini frig. The mini frig was froze over and had a bad odor. The gentleman at the front desk changed our room and upgraded our room. Room was very clean and comfortable. If you have the option, get the queen suite. Really nice setup. Staff was great. Breakfast was just ok. Over all the room and stay was well worth the price. We will definitely stay there again when in the area.」

「Our room was very clean, quiet and the bed and pillows were just perfect. The pool wasn’t too cold. My grandchildren who are toddlers loved it.」

「The room smelled like pee.There was no coffee pot, no cups, no anything in the kitchenette.For us to use , if we wanted to heat something up , i've never been in a hotel where they did not provide a coffee pot and some coffee , but this one does not」
