"I realized at some point in the evening the over night oximetry machine I had from the Mayo Clinic was missing. Assuming I forgot it on the hotel shuttle I went to the front desk in a panic. The lack of concern from the desk attendant was quite disappointing. Knowing she could have made a quick call to the shuttle driver she kept insisting the best she could do was wait until he returned. I checked back twice and she was rude acted irritated I came back. She wasn't helpful at all."

"We were in Rochester for an appointment at the Mayo clinic. Was a great location with free parking!"

"We checked in and when we got to the room, we were going to put soda and snacks in mini frig. The mini frig was froze over and had a bad odor. The gentleman at the front desk changed our room and upgraded our room. Room was very clean and comfortable. If you have the option, get the queen suite. Really nice setup. Staff was great. Breakfast was just ok. Over all the room and stay was well worth the price. We will definitely stay there again when in the area."

"Was put in a room that is used for Expedia customers. Only 2 smaller windows, one foged up. Not a good mattress. 2 outside doors, on both side of our room. Slammed night and day. Rattled our room. Plan on better room next time."

"Pool is wonderful with play stuff for kids and a great hot tub. The breakfast area is the cleanest ever! There is no meat for breakfast but otherwise anything you'd need. Great job there! The property is attached to Famous Dave's BBQ and it is GREAT! The property is old but clean. If you had to, you could walk to St Mary's, about a mile."
