"A nice, quiet room. Stylish. I would say that the housekeeping was a bit inconsistent - i had to ask for a refill of toilet paper and a set of wash clothes after the room was cleaned. Also, the floors of my room were not clean. But I would stay again for sure! "

"Very nice hotel, but generally dark in most areas. Entering at street level into a dark space with no direction that the lobby is on the next floor was unacceptable. Service at the lovely lobby bar was not up to the standards expected at this level hotel. Very slow and not crowded. Very nice room with a great view and amenities. "

"This is a nice hotel, but let's be realistic. The breakfast isn't great, all very unhealthy options all served on disposable plates and cutlery. Very wasteful. The rooms are comfortable but very dark inside. This hotel is fine for a few days but better breakfast options and being more environmentally minded would improve it."

"Location was perfect walking distance to many landmarks i.e 15 mins from central park and Times Sq. And Bryant park was up the street which was cool. We arrived before noon and our room was ready and also upon checkout they allowed us until noon with no extra fee. Front desk provided us with complimentary water bottles whenever we asked for them which is a bonus. Our room 2305 was cool and had a view of empire state building and was quiet."

"I loved staying here, brilliant area to stay in if you are going to choose Brooklyn, close to the subway but also walking distance to great cafes and quiet streets if you are looking to explore close to the hotel. (Which some mornings is a very nice thing to do). One of the things that stand out about the hotel is how incredibly clean your room is, these are not rooms that are easy to keep clean, but the housekeeping staff do a brilliant job of it, so you feel at home very quickly. "I didn't get up early enough for coffee, but with five coffee options within a block - it didn't matter. Rooms feel spacious for NYC, soft linens, good water pressure in shower, each room a little unique. The bar downstairs is expensive, but the drinks were top notch. "
