"El psesonal de la recepción fue rudo y no nos ayudo a guardar la maleta, no contestaban el teléfono, la habitación la entregaron tarde y tenia un olor espantoso, nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación. El servicio y la experiencia fueron terribles, no los recomiendo."

"Had an enjoyable stay. My room was clean, quiet, comfortable, and spacious. It seemed to be recently renovated. Excellent full breakfast. Staff was friendly and quick to respond. Art at the front desk was very helpful in arranging the shuttle. The airport shuttle to the hotel took longer than expected. But, there was heavy traffic in and out of the airport at that time. So most shuttles were probably somewhat late."
