"I loved everything about it. The parking price caught me off guard a little bit. Other than that it was GREAT EXPERIENCE. Looking forward to coming back to CHICAGO and staying at your hotel again. "

"I stayed there for 1 night. Friday night to Saturday morning. Staff was nice, informative, and polite. The pool it nice but not heated. It wasn't swimming vibe. The hot tub was nice and hot. The breakfast was good. Egg sausage waffles a nice warm cup of coffee. Great selection on coffees, juice, cereals, and other healthy food. The only inconveniences was at 8:30 am house keeping tried to go in the room. No notice or anything just tried to bust the door open. They need to be more considerate of guest. "

"The staff at the desk was very welcoming upon arrival. She answered questions before I asked them! When I returned in the evening she was kind and offered a coupon for breakfast the next day! Luis, at the breakfast was also very kind he brought my breakfast to me and customized my fruit choices. I believe the people that represent the hotel are the ones thar bring people back again "

"The airport shuttle stopped pickup at 10 pm and didn't go before 5am. Not helpful to me. The area is sketchy but I had little choice due to being stranded in Chicago due to weather delays with my flight. Very noisy outside my room on the first floor (talking on phone, arguments, door slams) until at least 2:30 am. Staff did little to intervene for what was clearly audible from the lobby. Clean but shabby. At least the water was hot for my shower."

"I am not want to complain but this place was not it. Once I got here, my Uber driver told me to be careful as the area is dangerous for a young lady my age. Wi-Fi wasn’t working . Some people were discussing it to the lady at the front desk who was giving them much attitude, saying it was not her problem. I booked this thinking it was a hotel than got my room key for the motel room, that was my fault for not doing more research. It was a little sketchy getting to my room. The deadbolt did not work on the door and there was people screaming outside my window most of the evening the bathroom was pretty gross. The toilet had things in it and the bathtub had hair inside. I wanted to take a bath to wash off the long day I had but the tub drain was not working and the mat in the tub had rust and yellow underneath it. I was only there since my flight was delayed for a day and I needed something to stay in. I booked it thinking it was an 8.9 star out of 10, but honestly, I did not feel very safe or happy. The bed was comfortable and I did tell the front desk in the morning about my issues and she said that I could write a feedback email. I do not recommend."
