"It was my 24th Anniversary and the staff went above and beyond to help me celebrate they decorated our room for me to help surprise my husband."

"The bathroom ceiling is peeling, the toilet looked clean but discolored due to needing a toilet replacement. The tub needed updating. The inside of the tub was old looking from wear and tear, the ceiling over tub was peeling, the tub faucet was loose from the wall, when I turned water on in shower, the water sprayed outside the tub instead of coming out evenly. Some of the walls in the hall on my 4th floor seemed to have plaster and no paint. I was told by front desk they were in middle of remodeling the rooms, but when I stayed at the same hotel more than a year ago I was told the same thing. I had to request a fridge when I checked in which took approximately 3 hours. Thankfully, I didn’t have any issues with staff or breakfast. I give the hotel a plus for free parking. I did however was looking forward to having breakfast in my room and was told by I would have to pay extra due to breakfast being buffet style."

"Room was just ok. But the AC was not working properly, only hot air, heating the room a lot without been able to cool it down. We had to open the window so cold air could cool it down. "

"No one at the front desk, waited for over 30 minutes the I was given a key for a door that would unlock but not open...."

"We loved this hotel. It was beautiful, the staff was excellent. Had a great omelette at breakfast. Will definitely come back again."
