The door was barely lockable. Never felt secure. Sounded like "party Central" in the next room until 4:30 am. Never slept the night I occupied the room On a positive the 2 clerks I met were very accommodating, and polite. A 7 out of 10 rating is so very, very misleading! Should be a 1. Would never stay again, would rather sleep in a chair at O'Hare. "
