"Due to a family emergency we had to push our trip back a week and they were very understanding and accommodating. The lighthouse was cool and we had a lovely view from our room, extremely nice staff--kind and very helpful. Fagers Island restaurant was wonderful also. "

"Room was dated ,Surrounding pool area was a mess TV was miss hung on the fireplace in a very odd position(should not have been there) There was a problem with the hot water to the in room Hot Tub. It only trickled at best it took one hour to fill up to 6 inches Big shower but no shower hooks anywhere for a towel or robe, Bathroom vanity was exceptionally small not really suitable for a woman and her stuff Sorry expected more!"

"Trip went very well. Only problem we had upstairs bathtub did not work properly. Other than that we had a great time."

"Hotel and location was nice. Room was spacious & clean. Staff members were friendly & pleasant. Indoor pool was a plus. Kids loved it even though it was a little cold for a “heated pool”. My only issue was half the tv channels didn’t work and we had the worst neighbors ever. The strict no smoking rule clearly didn’t stop them, and you could hear them/their children until atleast 330am. "

"Loved the birds and coi ponds. Although sheets and surfaces were very clean, the carpet was stained and frayed. Furniture was stained as well and the room had a funny odor."
