「All staff was helpful. Breakfast area was quite spacious, food was well arranged and it never was crowded at the various stations. The only issue was small but important to me. I need an extra washcloth for my eyes. I requested one and when we returned to our room instead of three (2+1) there was one. Next day made the same request. Next day had to make the request again. The highest floor the elevator could reach was the fourth floor, so we had to carry our luggage a long way up to the sixth floor using the stairs, and the next day, down to the first floor as well.
