My husband was in the hospital for bypass surgery. We weren't completely sure what day he was going to be released, so I had reserved an extra day just in case, When I checked in I explained to the front desk person that I may not need the second night. He told me that I could cancel it within the hour but not after. I checked with the hospital and was told that it was very likely that he would be released the next day. I immediately let the front desk person know. I was never refunded. There is no elevator and I was on the third floor, alone, with a heavy bag. The rooms are updated. The outside is rather rough, but that's to be expected. The parking garage is under the building and very small and run down, maybe 14 spaces! I got the last space, inching my car up against a pile of what looked to be drywall. Wouldn't return.

This hotel was only adequate at best. It was a cramped room, with dense, hard pillows (no other available option), hardly any storage, and no drinking glasses. The sound was also a problem with noise bleed through the rooms, as a result of the parking lot in the middle and loud, late-night partying, and street noise. It was clean and the parking was a bonus, but wouldn't stay here again.

My 2nd stay here. Had no issues checking in or parking. We had some trouble with the remotes but got that sorted. But the bathroom sink was leaking every time water turned on. There was a bucket under it filling fast. We called maintenance and they knew about it and the bucket was the fix. This place is definitely convenient for events at the PoFA, but I wouldn't recommend a longer stay.

There was a staff member that made a weird, uncomfortable joke when I was checking-in. Started my trip off bad. Room was okay. The hot water lasted about 5 minutes. And the towel rack was on the floor.

Stayed here for 4 nights on a family trip. The location is great- lots of dining options, public transportation, and a cute walkable neighborhood. The hotel itself is pretty basic but had parking available for our car. The only real thing we had to complain about was the time it takes for the water to heat up for a shower. Would stay here again for short trips.
