Filthy dirty rooms and bed sheets. Couldn’t sleep all night thinking there are bugs to bite me. Bathroom light was not working at all. Tub does not drain properly. Breakfast was minimal just eggs and waffles. No meats. Room was moldy and smells. A very very bad experience overall and definitely not worth the money I paid for!! Read everyone’s review. All the bad reviews are true

The room was filthy, hair from the previous fires all over the tub and on the on the sheets. The furniture in the lobby was dirty with cats sleeping on the indoor furniture. The room smelled of smoke despite requesting non smoking. Loud noise from the airport. The bed backboard was stained of black greasy dirty hair products. The floors were not sweaty or mopped. There was dirt grime all over ask of the furniture. Rust and mold through the room and bathroom.

The state of the facilities leaves much to be desired. In the room where I stayed, the floor was wet because a lot of water was leaking from the air conditioner. They didn't clean it, there was no toilet paper, and the room smelled unpleasant.

My experience was not the greatest from the minute I walked. Two employees at the customer service desk, I was not greeted I had to politely ask which one would be taking care of me. The young lady waved me over with her hand. I asked for a manager she said no one available only then two. I asked for a first floor because I had my special needs grandson with me she says said none were available I was handed a key to my room no directions nor map of where room was located other than a gesture with her finger pointed up and told me the second floor and "breakfast is served at 7am". When I got to my room it was a single queen size bed room, and I paid for a two queen size room for 4 people.. after a second attempt we got another room on the 2nd floor. There were two that towels one hand in towel one wash/face towel in bathroom two very flimsy pillows on each bed, the bathroom walls were not in very good condition the bathroom walls had black mildew. This place is in very bad conditions. There were 4 cats hanging out by office rear entrance that had foam plates with food laid out for them around the office area close to the pool and another black cat inside the office area. I would NEVER stay here again and am considering reaching out to corporate office on this very unpleasant stay. Breakfast had scrambled eggs, white bread slices a waffle area, cold cereal and oatmeal, was ok I think adding a meat would have been much better. The tv was very fuzzy. Place needs updating.

Neither front desk not staff not anyone know basic english. They expect everyone to speak in their language, which is very rude. Second, as soon as we enter the room, it looks very bad. We were scared that the walls might fall anytime - cracks all over walls. No safe nor iron box nor microwave oven - nothing in the room. Third, they were doing repair works in the middle of the day and it was very irritating as we couldn’t rest properly. Fourth, when we ask for extra towels, housekeeping gives expression as if we are stealing. They don’t give and send us to front desk. Front desk guy says they don’t have it in the back and he sends back to housekeeping. Only thing positive was it was close to multiple restaurants and airport.

It's a bit loud, but being so close to the airport, that was expected. Breakfast was surprisingly very good. I also appreciated the free shuttle from the airport.

Only thing promising about this property is the pool. It was probably the cleanest out of the whole property. Room has mold and dead bug. Bathroom tub was peeling, hair stuck in the drain, drain stopper on sink didn’t work and hair dryer was melted. The breakfast food was stale or taste bad and the coffee tasted like it had been sitting for days. Staffing was rude, would just look at you and say nothing. Front desk has no idea about traffic or when peak season for cruise terminals were even though there was a sign at the front desk about it. I should cancelled when I called the day previous to check on my reservation when they said they couldn’t find it but then found it right away when the third party called them. We paid $130 with my points and I still think that was way too high for a one night stay at a dirty and nasty smelling hotel.

The towels had black hairs in them, the phone didn't work, we had to ask for TP, the TV remote didn't work and the TV was snowy. They could not fix it. The ice machine was broken and no security. The pillows were flat so bring your own.

Breakfast was on point! Wish they had different stuff everyday, but it was yummyy. Staff was amazing and helped with everything needed, one thing I didnt like was the housekeepers screaming at each other about the room numbers and which ones need cleaning at 8am while I was in pain trying to sleep :/ other than that place was nice and I will def stay there again when I come back :)

El traslado al aeropuerto es en horas especificas y de madrugada no hay, la habitación se veia antigua para el precio, el baño muy feo, la atencion cuando llegué fue mala no me ayudaron para hacer checkin anticipado incluso ofreciendo pagar, no me recibieron las maletas para guardar en algun espacio seguro mientras salia para esperar a hacer el checkin, por lo que tuve que dejarlas en el salon de espera arriesgando que alguien se las pudiera llevar.
