Terrible stay, we found trash from previous guest in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Called for help , they didnt even send somebody to clean it up. Then they moved us to a second apartment, tv screen was broken. They changed it after 2 days. We got a chance to go back to our countries because we got stranded in miami because of the corona virus, they said they could not refund the days we had left.TERRIBLE DONT SATY HERE

A localização é muito boa, o espaço do apto Tbm , os quartos espaçosos e com armarios. Não gostamos da cama do quarto do meio pois faz muito barulho.

Todo muy automatico, te dejan todo explicado en un papel y listo. No reponen artículos de aseo, no cambian toallas, no hay limpieza dentro del departamento y la conexion a internet tenía bloqueadas las paginas de argentina por IP lo que imposibilito trabajar.

We enjoyed the balcony view on the 30th floor. We did not enjoy that our neighbor were smoking marijuana and the strong smell as we walk to and from our room. As far as the overall cleanliness of the apartment were not as clean as we anticipated. Floors were sticky and dirty! We walk bare feet and our feet were black by the end of the night! Call customer requesting an extra bathroom tissue and The lady said “it’s not a hotel service our crew already left for the day! This is horrible customer service, we never got our toilet paper and ended up going to the lobby to use the bathroom for two days straight! Very disappointed, will not return.

The apartments are really beatiful and located close to eating and nightlife. The ceilings a tall and the rooms spacious. Our bed was very comfortable and I slept like a baby.

Property was actually really nice the room I stayed in had dirty tiles in the bathroom, dishes was not washed properly like it was a rushed job. Not enough dish washer products no tv in the second bedroom. Plus is the great view , good walking and driving distance from south beach and necessities

the train was VERY noisy even with the patio door closed. Also my sheets were 😱 that I didn’t even notice until I was checking out looking for my phone. Luckily I didn’t sleep in my bed and fell asleep in the living room.

Seems more like an air bnb property. Some of the appliances didnt work. No maid service at all. We had to reuse the same dirty towels and no additional soaps and shampoos were made available. Family of 4. Our other apt came without wash rags. We checked in at night. No real help from reception. All help would need to come from offices that closed at 4pm. Overall disappointing.
