「Room was ok. Leaking shower valve meant it dripped into the bath constantly Food was fantastic.」

「The hotel stands in a quiet and pleasant location, easily accessible from the nearby main road and offers good onsite parking. Staff were friendly and helpful, the room comfortable if a touch dated. Corridor carpeting needs upgrading and some paintwork would benefit from attention. No restaurants nearby but evening menu onsite was quite adequate and the full English breakfast was well-cooked and presented, and certainly filling. Good value for money.」

We were met by a tall young woman who was very welcoming and friendly and I was invited to complete details into a machine, then asked to pay the cost of the accommodation there and then. 「Worst experience ever at a hotel. To begin with we were handed the wrong keys for our rooms and given NO keys for entry into the actual building. This absolutely ruined the weekend as we were forced to sleep on the streets. We woke up and returned to the hotel with a cold and was given no apology or explanation just was told the door is now fixed and to turn the handle the other way. Instead of a refund for the card payment we was told that they do not accept payments from here and we must pay,...
