The foam parties at Reggae and Montego Bay were so much fun. This is the resort to visit if you're looking for a good time. we extended our stay because we loved this place that much. "

"We stayed for 1 night here. The front desk staff was absolutely incredible! They did everything to accommodate my family's stay and we so much appreciated it. The room we stayed in was comfortable and it was perfect for our group. The location is such a winner. We were able to visit the Hip Strip and do some shopping and sight seeing and were minites from the airport so we never had to rush. My husband ordered food from the restaurant at the hotel and it was delicious. Will definitely visit again soon. "

"I travel often but, this was my first time booking at an all inclusive adult only resort, unfortunately, the Riu Montego Bay is overrated! If offered room 30 RUN by all means! The room is located directly over the 24 hr sports bar so sleeping is impossible, the view is obstructed, and to top it off the room has ROACHES! When we complained they sent up housekeeping with a can of insect spray and of course on the last day we saw more ROACHES so, now we have to FUMIGATE our luggage before going home. So for CLEANLINESS ZERO STARS! Then we were locked out of our room for an hour sitting on the floor due to the door pad disengaging because the battery died, and there was only 1 technician for the entire property. However, the entertainment & activities were very fun and engaging! Staff were very accommodating, helpful, and informative! Leo, Demario Rolly Polly and many others were wonderful. This resort left a bad taste in my mouth, There was very little regard for our complaint, and without a room change due to spring break, I absolutely will not book again. "
