「Nice stay, but PLEASE restrict the smoking section to a certain area. Each time we arrived or left the facility, we were met with cigarette smoke coming from both sides of the door. Perhaps just one side of the entry doors could be designated for smokers? Thank you! 」

「The room is really clean but not really quiet the morning time you can hear the house keeping person talk really loud and there’s no towel on the floor for restroom and no soap bar . The tissue is empty. I have to use the toilet paper. 」
