"Clean room. "

"Buyer Beware! Our room was not ready at 4:20 pm so went to our event. Came back at 12:30. It was a handicap access room (not requested). Carpet was wet, stained, gum smashed in carpet. Toilet ran, had to take lid of to fix each time. TV and remote did not work. Mirrors not clean. Long black hairs all over bathroom floor. The only time someone was at the front desk was when we TRIED to check in - otherwise you had to ring a bell or call a number. Hallway was filthy- not vacuumed. Bathroom had broken shelf with crazy "repair" and so did bathroom door to cover a big hole. We were told they couldn't provide any type of refund since it was booked through Expedia. When Expedia called the hotel on our behalf, they said they couldn't refund any money since we stayed there. (We never would have stayed if we were able to see the condition of the room earlier but we had no other options at 12:30 that night). We slept fully clothed and had to put our shoes on to even walk around the room so they didn't get wet. Absolutely gross!"

"The staff was super friendly. Front desk and house keeping breakfast was better then any other hotel I have been too. Rooms are super clean. My family loves this hotel definitely worth the price. Please visit this hotel.. you won't be disappointed.."

"It was an OK hotel for one night. It was cold in Mishawaka the night we stayed and heat didn't work. So we bundled up and slept in sweatshirts instead of making a deal of it. Bathroom was old, but relatively clean. Again, a nice hotel for a one night stay."

"The lobby and hallways are nice and seem more recently updated. The room itself was very run down and the bathroom was pretty gross. The bathtub had stains all over it that we initially thought was blood and the water would not drain so we stood in several inches of water to shower."
