Room was ok in the clean aspect however the hallway stunk like smoke. Breakfast if you wanted coffee you would need to go else ware. Coffee machine was broke!! If you thought you had privacy wit the do not disturb sign on the door, think again!! I came back at the end of the day to find out that the staff let themselves in to my room. I highly recommend to never visit this hotel. I know my company will never send another employee there.

I was a little disappointed. the staff was very nice. Maintenance had obviously been neglected. Patches on walls and doors. There was a domestic fight in the hallway the night we arrived. The second night the domestic fight moved to the parking lot and involved the police. The couple should have been "evicted" with the first fight in the hallway. Breakfast was delicious. Just overall felt sub par.

The morning staff was really helpful and good. The check in staff was more interested to be talking on his phone and only helped when necessary. The room was fairly good. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fairly good. However, they gave us a handicap shower which we did not need that was very slippery and dangerous. Asked for a mate to step on and got a towel. Was a little disappointed.

Upon arriving we could see it was an older building with some wear on the walls and carpet of the hallways, but once we were in our room we were pleasantly surprised. It was exceptionally clean, had attractive & practical furnishings, and carried all the amenities we'd expect from a Comfort Inn. The staff was friendly during the brief interactions we had with them. There was a large selection of breakfast foods and beverages to start our day. We would definitely stay there if we visited Mishawaka again!

The staff was largely family and they were very pleasant people. However nothing has been put back into the facility which has numerous water leaks and mold issues . There was an overwhelming odor of marijuana on all three floors. The floors had soap residue which left them slippery. The best description I can give is that the building and house services are not properly or professionally maintained. The breakfast lacked utensils, the scrambled eggs had tin foil, the bakery was stale and tables not cleaned. I do not recommend this motel.

No airport shuttle offered. Computer/printer at business center not working. Elevator wasn't working. Room was clean, staff was cordial & it was a quiet stay. Pool water very cloudy & ladder broken. Garbage strewn about property. Just left key in container @ front desk bc we left before breakfast was ready.

During my three night stay, the staff were helpful each time I returned to the hotel and was required to request a new card because the room door would not take my key. Now thankfully I was near the front desk or I may have fallen into madness taking the elevator up and down to request access to my room.

Stood at the front desk for 5 minutes before someone came out. Entire place was run down. Random people hanging out in the parking lot and lobby. Pretty low-end for a hotel in a retail district. The bedding was clean though, so that was good

The staff was helpful.the condition of the building it self was a lil sketch.but I had a hard time hooking up my ps5 also connecting to the wifi. The pool malfunctioned and the kids weren't able to swim which is one of the main reasons we came. The breakfast was pretty good tho many options
