Public areas were well maintained. Bedding and towels were fresh. Room smelled heavily of dog, even in bathroom. Bathroom in great need of repair. The lobby and hallways are nice and seem more recently updated. The room itself was very run down and the bathroom was pretty gross. The bathtub had stains all over it that we initially thought was blood and the water would not drain so we stood in several inches of water to shower.

This was possibly the worst hotel room I’ve even seen. The hotel is extremely run down. The bathroom was disgusting and basically unusable. It had been used prior to us and not cleaned. There was mold all around the hand rail and shower tile, rust they painted over, hair, sticky floors and dirty bathmat and toilet. We didn’t pull back covers so can’t comment on the state of that but the room had not been wiped down with cleaner as spots, etc on table. The front desk offered our money back, which we accepted after looking at a second room which was in a similar state. However, the woman working the front desk were very apologetic, nice and refunded us without any hassle providing confirmation.

We booked this with another family. Both rooms were absolutely filthy. Not expecting this to be the Ritz Carlton, but, $100 should atleast get you a room that appears and smells clean. The floor was sticky with a disgusting clear thick liquid in spots, there was a pill left in the room in the floor and leaves in the carpet. Obvious it wasn’t even vacuumed. Smelled like musky cigarettes. The manager tried to move us rooms, but that room was even worse. We did en up getting a full refund, the staff was absolutely nice and understanding. We have stayed at dozens of choice hotels, I’m a premier choice member, but this was the worse hotel we’ve been to in years.
