「Inside pool not open. Breakfast bare bones. Roof work started banging early. Had to get out of bed after midnight to ask desk to call next room to turn off music. Had to go a 2nd time. She called again with room not answering----they probably could not hear the phone. We then both walked to room and the music was finally off, so no confrontation.
Expedia never alerted me as to name change! Room that was requested was not where they were going to put us. I did call ahead to confirm and...
