"One of my rooms had an unflushed toilet, and the refrigerator constantly made noise and one of the dresser drawers would not close Room 218. The gentleman that checked us in was rude. I didn’t know how the pay worked with the rooms and he got short with me about it."

"We've stayed here a few times. This stay coincided with the Easter weekend. The hotel did an amazing job for the children that were traveling. The had an Easter Bunny and treats for the kids. The staff were very attentive to our needs and housekeeping was on point. Our room was spotless as usual and the staff had no issues when we had small request like extra towels and such. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The area is smack in the middle of many stores, a nice mall just a few minutes away. "

"Room was great! Staff was great! The didn’t have gluten free cookies available which was a bummer and the pool water was not even 70° it was so cold my kids couldn’t even stay in it. The hotel fines center was great! Great equipment! "
