「Our stay was awesome. When we arrive, we arrived seven hours early. I walked in and asked so we could check in early and a manager looked it up and said no problem. We have two rooms available. That made our stay very enjoyable. We were able to start our vacation soon. We took off and enjoyed the sites of Memphis. My kids got to swim in a swimming pool. My grandkids had an awesome time. I would recommend Hyatt lotta places to see a lot of places to go. A lot of stuff was close.」

「The Associates were nice and friendly, the bar was closed until further notice but the stay was as expected. I always stay here.」

「The hotel was nice, but only one elevator was working, housekeeping didn’t clean the room and didn’t have no clean towels.」
